What Limits Spiritual Development?
The state of the body, both physical and energetic, determines how we can act, think, be aware, and, in general, the possibility of any spiritual or personal development. How our energy flows are tuned determines everything we do and how we perceive the world.
Often, it goes like this:
“I want to change something in my life, want to change myself. I start doing something, whether it’s exercising, affirmations, promising not to eat sweets anymore, or not arguing with family, or consciously enjoying life, but I can keep it up for a while, and then it feels like I’m drawn back, and I fall back into the old patterns.”
Or…
“I practice yoga, meditation (insert your own practices), but it feels like I’m not getting anywhere. Whatever I do, if there are any changes, they are minimal. It’s like banging my head against a wall.”
Why does this happen?
The energetic flows in the body have formed and tuned in a specific way, and this order began to take shape from birth: the foundation was laid in childhood, a significant part in adolescence, and in adulthood, they continue to work on a relatively rigid foundation. Everything that surrounded us and everything we encountered influenced the formation of this foundation.
The more distortions there are in this “foundation,” the more crooked the “surface” becomes. For example, in early childhood, a child experienced stress related to an event, and a block formed in the body, let’s say, in the nose. If this block is not removed, other head flows accumulate crookedly on it. This affects behavior and thinking, and events similar to that early stress, even remotely, trigger unconscious protective reactions in the body. As a person ages, this small distortion becomes the center of a snowball effect.
Many of these energetic blocks accumulate in each person. There is no separate body, separate consciousness, separate subconsciousness. At a deeper level, they are different aspects of the same thing – the energetic body.
The more these flows are fixed in one position, the narrower the spectrum of perception of the world and action becomes. It’s like building roads in a field and enclosing them with fences: now you can only physically walk on the roads and see only what is on them. The vast space between them becomes inaccessible.
The main limitation of spiritual development and any changes is the state of the body. Energetic flows, like roads fixed in one position, force us to act with the same limited set of possibilities. Until they are changed, it’s often impossible to see where else you can go.
How Ayahuasca’s effect manifests on the energetic level and why it’s important for spiritual development
The most valuable effect of Ayahuasca is not working with consciousness, or even subconsciousness, but the alignment of the energetic body. It’s something a person cannot do themselves because they simply don’t recognize that part of themselves, and therefore cannot realize what’s wrong with it.
Ayahuasca tunes the flows correctly, step by step clearing energetic channels and releasing blocks. This can manifest in various ways: vomiting, sensations in different parts of the body, recalling past events, or other inner work.
As a person’s energy system aligns, they start seeing, hearing, feeling, and realizing more. More energy appears in the body, and diseases recede.
As energy and awareness levels rise, it becomes possible to live a more efficient and harmonious life. The more internal harmony is established, and then external harmony, the more the world opens up, and new ways of interacting with it become available. First in the human realm, and if a person is ready to go further, towards understanding the magical reality, it becomes more accessible as well. New paths of development open up.
An Ayahuasca retreat is a fast and direct path to a harmonious, pure, and strong Self. It removes restrictions that we cannot see ourselves but hinder our spiritual development. It takes us beyond established routes to new possibilities.
